This sauce is WAAAY hotter than advertised and hotter than anything without extract but it tastes like someone who didn’t know what smoke was tried to recreate barbecue sauce with lab chemicals and way too long of a cook time. There are so many hot sauces out there you can probably find one that is more flavorful for cheaper. However it’s there, a deep dark bbq flavour that in quantity will overpower the flavours of your pizza or whatever else your eating but it’s a pretty nice flavour.

If you like spicy food and are scoffing at this review and others thinking, "Oh pfft, it can't be THAT bad," oh it IS. absolutely deserves its reputation on the show Hot Ones as the sauce that breaks anybody down, regardless of spice tolerance or affinity. I can certainly appreciate that this spiciness comes from pure habanero pepper and chipotle, not a high heat/no flavor chili pepper extract. The bomb on the label with burning fire behind it really paints a nice picture of what you’re about to walk into when you taste this hot sauce. much in my food, as the thick sauce can come out in a blob and that really gets the hiccups and sweat glands going. We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute products for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. Ingredients Orange juice, habanero peppers, chipotle peppers, water, pepper extract, tomato paste, spices. It is an extract sauce so that slightly bitter note is still there but the citrus hides it reasonably well. I know this sauce is no where near the hottest but it will satisfy the hard core chilli fiends out there! This is the kind of bottle you keep even after Da Bomb Hot Sauce is all gone to remind yourself of what a badass you were to finish this spicy monster.
had this product before and it had leaked a couple time i purchased it, twice it didn't leak and thankful for that. Product Ingredients: Habaneros (habaneros, salt), Chipotle Puree (chipotles, water, salt, citric acid), Water, Orange Juice Concentrate, Natural Pepper Flavoring, Tomato Paste, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness). The flavor is smokey and citrusy, while yes it does have the extract flavor in it, it doesn't stick out that badly in my opinion. If only they could build in some taste – perhaps the others in the range might offer something in that way…? Its searing heat is not for the faint of heart, leaving a lasting burn that lingers long after the heat subsides.
